What data we collect
We collect information you provide during registration (name, email, phone), usage data (booking history, locations), device information, and payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card details).
How we use your data
Your data is used to provide the logistics service, match you with drivers, process payments, send service notifications, improve our platform, and comply with UAE legal requirements.
Location data
We collect real-time GPS location from drivers while they are online, and pickup/drop-off coordinates from customers during booking. Location data is used solely for dispatch and tracking purposes.
Data sharing
We share minimum necessary data with: drivers (your pickup address and first name), payment processors (Stripe), and UAE authorities when legally required. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account. Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by UAE law. You can request deletion of personal data by contacting privacy@naqlah.ae.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Payment data is processed by Stripe and subject to PCI-DSS compliance. We conduct regular security audits.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@naqlah.ae.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect service functionality.
