1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Naqlah platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service description
Naqlah is an on-demand logistics marketplace connecting customers with verified transport drivers across the UAE. We facilitate bookings but are not directly responsible for the physical transportation services.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. Naqlah reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Pricing and payments
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and duration. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Naqlah charges a platform commission on each transaction.
5. Cancellation policy
Cancellations made before driver assignment incur no charge. Cancellations after driver assignment may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Driver obligations
Drivers must maintain valid UAE driving licences, vehicle registrations, and Emirates ID at all times. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Naqlah. Naqlah reserves the right to remove drivers who fail to maintain required standards.
7. Prohibited uses
Users may not use the platform for illegal purposes, transportation of prohibited goods, or any activity that violates UAE law. Naqlah reserves the right to refuse service and report violations to relevant authorities.
8. Limitation of liability
Naqlah's liability is limited to the value of the transaction in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
10. Changes to terms
Naqlah may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
